Unable to connect

Hi,

I am having some problems connecting to the ftp server in Azure.

I have amended the code (entered my acccount key and -name) and deployed the package. Endpoint is still Port 21.

Using CyberDuck I try to open an active connection, but I get the following error:

Unable to determine system type - response: 550 Unknown command
NOOP
200
SYST
550 Unknown command

If I try to connect from a command prompt using (plain old ftp) it seems like I get a connection, but if I try to upload anything or issue an "ls" command, nothing happens and I have to cut the connection.

Any help or input would be greatly appreciated.

Karsten

Hi Karsten

Can you confirm whether you are connecting in 'active' mode, vs. passive mode (which is the default for most FTP clients) ?

I don't think the default FTP client for Windows systems allows active mode connections (I think it's passive only).

Are you able to test using FileZilla too, since I know for sure that this works (just for debugging purposes until I can get a clearer picture on how to replicate this).

Thanks,

Richard.
